Mike Patt is an American mixed martial arts fighter. He has competed in the FFC and Bodog Fight promotion, making his first appearance in the UFC at UFC 88: Breakthrough.
Mike Patt made his professional MMA debut in 2001, at the Extreme Fights promotion. He went on to achieve a 12-2 record and winning the 8-man tournament at FFC 10 before being called on three-week notice to UFC 88 as a replacement to James Lee, who suffered an injury in training. He fought Tim Boetsch, to whom he lost by TKO. Patt is now scheduled to fight Brandon Vera at UFC 96.
Mike Patt has trained under Jorge Gurgel, and is one of the original members of Team Jorge Gurgel, Ohio. He is also the owner and head instructor at BCMA Beavercreek Martial Arts Training Center.
Patt has described his own fighting style as "patient".
