"I trained hard, I'm the best I've ever been, I'm in shape right now, I can go 5x5 standing on my head. I don't think Vitor Belfort can do the same thing and after round one he's gonna be a walking punching bag and it's gonna be an easy night for 'The Count.' Booyah! He has the body of a lion but the legs of a chicken. He also has the heart of a chicken." - Michael Bisping via MMAInterviews.TV
British mixed martial artist Michael Bisping believes he's in the best shape of his life heading into his number one contender match up against Brazilian slugger Vitor Belfort.
Bisping plans to use his superior cardio to set a pace that will exhaust Belfort throughout the fight, but that could be easier said than done as Belfort himself looks to be in phenomenal shape as evidenced by this recent picture he publish through his Instagram account:

UFC president Dana White recently announced that if Bisping defeats Belfort on Jan. 19, he will be Anderson Silva's next challenger for the UFC middleweight title -- a title Bisping has been chasing since he made his middleweight debut in 2008.
