UFC 133 LIVE PLAY BY PLAY
round 1- They measure with jabs and Pyle lowers for a half-hearted shot but misses. MacDonald lands a good right and Pyle appears to slip. Pyle back to his feet. The fight hits the mat with Pyle on top. He lands a few short punches but nothing damaging. MacDonald scrambles and they're back to their feet. MacDonald lands a good right hand then grabs Pyle's head for a guillotine but Pyle rolls under and out where he's on his back. MacDonald jumps into Pyle's guard and starts landing some ground and pound. He's unleashing some big punches and elbows and Pyle is defenseless. It's over.
final result: MacDonald wins by TKO at 3:54 of round 1.
Jorge Rivera vs. Constantinos Philippou
round 1- Rivera lands a few leg kicks then they clinch where Philippou gets underhooks and lands a good knee to the body. Philippou gets Rivera to his back and is looking to pass his guard. Rivera is on his back with his head pressed to the cage. He's taking some damage but works his way back to his feet. The action stalls at the fence and Mario Yamasaki breaks them up. Philppou pushes Rivera to the cage again then Rivera reverses. This time they break on their own. Rivera lands a solid jab followed by a good straight right. Rivera lands a left hook and Philippou scores with a good uppercut. The round is close but FiveKnuckles goes with Philippou, 10-9.
